Today is My Birthday!
February 11th is my 46th birthday. Yes, I am excited to be turning a year older. Excited because with age comes wisdom. I’ve learned a lot over the years, some good - some bad - but each and every experience I have had in my past 46 years has made me the wonderful human being that I am today. Yeah, I said it - I AM WONDERFUL. I’ve done everything within my power to raise three beautiful children (and continue to do so), I’ve been the best wife/partner that I know how to be, I’ve been the best friend that I can possibly be to those that needed a friend, and I do everything I can each day to bring a smile to someone else’s face.
I know that The Man Thing will forget my birthday, I know the children will forget my birthday, but you know what? That’s okay. I don’t expect them to remember. I know my friends will - and that is enough for me this year.

You are one in a million my dear friend. I hope your birthday is as special as you are. Keep up with the WONDERFUL attitude, and the Universe will return it ten-fold. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but in the end when it really counts. That's an awesome thing to look forward to.
